StratNova is a commercial automation platform that provides: (a) Messaging channel integration and management, including WhatsApp Business. (b) Intelligent automated responses to customer inquiries using artificial intelligence. (c) Contact management and integrated CRM. (d) Conversation analytics and performance metrics. (e) Bot configuration tools and automated service workflows. (f) Centralized administration dashboard.

To use the Platform, you must: (a) Provide accurate and complete information during registration. (b) Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials. (c) Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. (d) Be of legal age in your jurisdiction.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and legitimately. The following is prohibited: (a) Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content. (b) Using services for fraudulent, illegal activities, or activities that violate third-party rights. (c) Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or other users' data. (d) Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code through the Platform. (e) Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code. (f) Violating the usage policies of integrated channels (e.g., WhatsApp Business Policies). Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. As a business user, you are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws regarding your own customers' data processed through the Platform.

Services are offered under different plans with specific pricing and features published on our website. Payments are processed on a recurring basis according to your plan's billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify pricing with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice.

We strive to maintain high operational availability of the Platform. However, interruptions may occur due to: (a) Scheduled maintenance. (b) Security updates or technical improvements. (c) Factors beyond our control, including third-party provider limitations, network disruptions, or force majeure events.

All software, code, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and methodologies of StratNova are the exclusive property of StratNova or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform during the term of your plan.

StratNova shall not be liable for: (a) Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. (b) Loss of data, revenue, or profits, except where prohibited by law. (c) Business decisions made based on information or automations provided by the Platform. (d) Interruptions caused by factors beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if: (a) You violate these terms or our policies. (b) You fail to make corresponding payments. (c) Your usage poses a security risk to the Platform or third parties.

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect operational, technical, or legal changes. The updated version will be published on this page with the new effective date. For substantial changes, we will notify active users with at least 15 days' advance notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. The legal entity providing the services published on stratnova.us is StratNova LLC, registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts.
