User Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by StratNova. This right applies to all personal information we have collected during your use of our services, including contact data, conversation history, account preferences, and any other identifiable data.

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request". In your request, include: (a) Your full name. (b) Phone number or email address associated with your account. (c) Company name (if applicable). (d) Description of the data you wish to delete (or indicate "all data").

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletions, we will verify your identity before processing the request. We may ask for: confirmation from the registered email or phone number, or additional information to confirm you are the data subject.

Once your identity is verified: (a) We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days. (b) We will process the deletion within a maximum of 15 business days. (c) We will send you a confirmation email when the deletion has been completed.

Deletion includes: (a) Personal data in active systems (databases, search indexes, profiles). (b) Conversation history and messages. (c) Usage data and account preferences. Backup copies are purged according to our technical retention cycles, generally within 30 days following deletion from active systems.

In certain cases, we may retain minimal data when: (a) There is a legal or regulatory obligation to preserve it. (b) It is necessary for fraud prevention or security. (c) The data is needed for the defense of pending legal claims. (d) The data has been irreversibly anonymized and can no longer identify you.

Please note that the deletion of your data: (a) Is permanent and irreversible once completed. (b) May result in loss of access to your account and associated services. (c) Does not affect data you have shared with third parties outside our platform.
